Just few days ago construction of new condominium named “Vung Tau Plaza” was completed and opened doors for all apartments’ owners as well as for potential buyers. This complex has two 26 floor towers and located on Le Hong Phong street right opposite Central Post Office and “Saigonres Tower”.
Most of the apartments were purchased by their owners long time ago and some on the sale now with an average price 16 mln VND (760 USD) per 1 square meter.
For example, 94 m2 apartment on the 20 floor with a good sea view cost 79 000 USD, the same flat on the 6 floor with a view to the opposite building will cost 67 000 USD.
All apartments were completed with high quality finishing materials и sanitary engineering. Flats with a bigger living space have different design and much bigger bathrooms.
Now according to the Vietnamese law foreigner person can buy apartment in Vietnam for personal use if he complies the following conditions:
– Has labor contract with a local (Vietnamese) or 100% foreigner invested company registered in Vietnam at least for 1 year.
– Has temporary residence card or long term (3 and more months) business visa.
– Stay in the country more 180 days
All above mentioned requirements are not required if the foreigner married to Vietnamese citizen or he (she) has Vietnamese government awards.
