One of my friend is going to visit Vungtau with her family, she's living in Saigon. And she ask me to let her know about resorts and hotels around Vung Tau (with their own beach, not with the beach area in front of resorts cross the road).
I know only some in Osaka because we go kitesurf not far from it, but it's too far from city.

Any ideas?
